Homemade Viral Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients mango Ice Cream

Shell:

2 ripe mangoes (for puree)
0,5 cup white chocolate (melted)
0,5  teaspoon coconut oil (to make the chocolate smoother)
Orange and yellow food coloring (optional, for gradient effect)

Filling:

1     -cup heavy whipping cream (chilled) and 0,5 cup condensed milk
0,5  teaspoon vanilla extract
0,5  cup mango puree (from fresh mangoes)

:

1. Filling:

  1. In a blender, puree fresh mangoes until smooth. Strain to remove fibers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in condensed milk, vanilla extract, and mango puree gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds (mango-shaped if possible) and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

  1. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between.
  2. Add coconut oil to smoothen the texture.
  3. Divide the chocolate into two bowls:
    Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to one.
    Add orange food coloring to the other.
  4. Using a brush or spoon, create a gradient effect inside the mango-shaped silicone mold (orange on top, yellow on the bottom).
  5. Freeze the mold for 10 minutes to set the shell.
3. Assemble :
  1. Once the ice-cream filling is fully frozen, carefully insert a popsicle stick.
  2. Unmold the chocolate shell and gently place the frozen ice cream inside.
  3. Seal any gaps by brushing on extra melted chocolate.
  4. Freeze for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
