Bake Time: 15 minutes
🍩 Servings:
Makes about 6–8 donuts, depending on mold size.
🧾 Ingredients:
For the Donuts:
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup fresh peach slices
For the Topping:
⅓ cup cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup streusel topping*
Streusel can be store-bought or homemade (mix 2 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tbsp butter until crumbly).
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. - Add Wet Ingredients:
Pour in the milk and melted butter. Stir until a smooth batter forms — don’t overmix. - Prepare the Molds:
Lightly grease your donut molds. Fill each mold halfway with batter, layer in a few peach slices, then add more batter to cover. - Air Fry:
Place the molds in the air fryer basket. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. - Top & Finish:
Let donuts cool slightly. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the top of each donut, then sprinkle with streusel.
💡 Tips:
Use ripe but firm peaches for easy slicing.
Add a pinch of cinnamon to the streusel for extra warmth.
These are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
