For the Donuts:

2 cups all-purpose flour

ยผ cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

ยผ tsp salt

ยฝ cup milk

2 tbsp butter, melted

ยฝ cup fresh peach slices

For the Topping:

โ…“ cup cream cheese, softened

โ…“ cup streusel topping*

Streusel can be store-bought or homemade (mix 2 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tbsp butter until crumbly).

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    Pour in the milk and melted butter. Stir until a smooth batter forms โ€” donโ€™t overmix.
  3. Prepare the Molds:
    Lightly grease your donut molds. Fill each mold halfway with batter, layer in a few peach slices, then add more batter to cover.
  4. Air Fry:
    Place the molds in the air fryer basket. Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Top & Finish:
