Preparation Method for Baked Chicken Wings
To start, preheat your oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil for effortless clean-up and place two wire racks over the foil. This elevates the chicken pieces and helps them become crispy. If you’d like, spritz the racks with some oil.
