Main Dish: Green Bean Purée
For 3 servings (120 ml) / 2 servings (180 ml)
Wash and trim your green beans. Set up the cooking pole of your baby food maker Nutribaby(+) in XXL mode. Stack the two baskets and place only one of the trays in the bottom of the lower basket. Then start a 25-minute cooking cycle.
Once cooking is complete:
Transfer half of your green beans into the blending section of your baby food maker. Add half of the cooking liquid. Blend at speed No. 3 until you reach the desired texture. Then add the remaining green beans and cooking liquid and blend again at the same speed.
Transfer your purée into your baby’s jar, such as our Babybol. It’s ready!
Tip
If you scoop the puree directly from the storage pot to feed your little one, do not keep the remaining purée; discard it. Once mixed with your baby’s saliva, the purée may harbor bacteria from their mouth. For the first few servings, it’s best to take the desired quantity and place it in a small dish. The remaining purée can then be stored in the fridge for 24 hours and offered at the next meal.
For a second-stage texture, prefer blending at speed No. 2 (smooth) or No. 1 (chunky).
Snack: Banana and Orange Juice
Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Mash the pieces with a fork. Squeeze the juice from the two oranges and strain the juice obtained. Blend the banana purée and orange juice using your Nutribaby(+). It’s ready 🙂
