For the Steak:
1 lb (450 g) boneless beef (flank, skirt, or sirloin tip), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
For the Creamy Horseradish Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- Marinate the Steak
In a large bowl, toss the sliced beef with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and both black peppers until evenly coated.
Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes while you prepare the sauce.
- Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef strips in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
Set aside.
- Make the Horseradish Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
